Delivery Information (UK)

All orders (except our courier service) will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

Please ensure your chosen products and delivery address are correct before placing your order. Goods are dispatched from our fulfilment house therefore once an order is placed, we can not make any changes. We can not stop orders with incorrect goods or that are despatched to the wrong address.

We ask that you make sure that you have entered every field for the delivery address in the checkout window. Please also add your mobile number for delivery purposes. Deliveries may be delayed or rejected if part of the address is missing or entered incorrectly. If you are using a saved address when logging in to your account or Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal Express, please ensure it is up to date as we can not stop orders that have been dispatched to the wrong address.

Please note that goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.

Some parcels will require a signature on arrival, therefore when ordering you must provide a delivery address at which someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.
